Life is a precious thing! Life is a great thing! Life is meant to be experienced to the fullest! When we do life with others, whether as a couple, a family, or community, it can be an awesome thing. Life is full of experiences to be shared and valued together. Many things can only be experienced to the fullest when we do it together. The joy of the birth of a child, the celebration of a promotion, a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday, even the loss of a loved one; happy and sad times it’s all part of doing life together.
Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Philippians 3:12 (NKJV)
Doing life together can be a place of great encouragement and strength especially when you might feel let down or defeated. It is in those times when we need each other to help pick us up or help us to carry life’s load. We really do need each other! We actually are blessed as we share life together.
We can accomplish more when working together. When we are surrounded by others we can move to that next level a little quicker than if we are going it alone. We can learn from others life experiences and shared wisdom. Doing life together can help us in the continued pursuit of our life’s dreams. Having those around us that can challenge us and support us, build us up and cheer us on is a blessing. Success can seem a bit empty if we have no one to share it with.
Whether we realize it or not the greater part of life is meant to be a shared experience. The sum is always going to be greater than the parts. There is a synergy as we do life together. You can only fail if you stop, and those that do life with us tend to help us to keep moving forward. So keep moving towards your dream. When you do life together you will see your full potential begin to manifest. Progress is powerful and life shared is powerful. What you see as your greatest weakness can become your greatest asset to someone else when shared. Don’t be afraid to share life, don’t be afraid to risk and don’t be afraid to love.
Press on, press in your prize is just ahead.
African proverb, ‘If want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together!’
